can we class action sue???

so with the many blunders of EA that happen as well as the fact that actual cash is involved can we class action sue?  the fact that I can get cards saying all these stats then play games in h2h and visibly see well worse players run circles around mine and hold blocks like they hulk all game seems like false advertisement among other legal liabilities. on top of that, the mystery pack blunder and rigging of gold+ packs and other packs in the past seem like its viable. any thoughts or insight? EA needs to start feeling consequences for their greed and poor product.

im thinking at worst they'll have to do discovery and we as a community will get to see how much they scamming us between packs and dda

You wasting money for something that doesn't go anywhere. 

If there was an existing one that you could join without any commitment than I'd probably join for the hell of it and see if just maybe anything comes of it.

Edit: Depending on the content of this hypothetical class action there actually could be other negatives too, say if false AH bans are part of it, well EA's response might be to just take away the AH like 2k did. If EA is as scummy as some people say, suing them won't change that, they'll just find new ways to be scummy.

The way I see it its it just a game that I played every once in a while that costed about 90 bucks and get to laugh at their mistakes and peoples complaints and opinion. So to answer your question.….No😂

And that they technically don’t force you to spend any additional money in this game so as much as we hate the odds and everything we made the choice to spend anything additional after what we got the game for.

The cards play incredibly inconsistent in Champs mode

Champs mode is the worst mode of the game..

99 DBs with pick artist will drop balls

Players will run to the wrong zone

Knockouts not working

QBs missing easy throws

Fumbles are incredibly random

.

It is obvious EA adjust the sliders in game, but it would be almost impossibly to provide factual evidence

EA has the argument that players "perform randomly" and its not as simply as a factual math problem

For example, if you play a racing game and it says your car runs at 55 MPH top speed, but only reaches 35 MPH, you can prove that

Like I can see my 99 overall DB is not playing well, but how can I prove what plays he should be making othan then my opinion? 

Its all subjective, but not factual

Or if my QB keeps missing easy throws, EA can claim even with 99 overall throwing ability, there is still a change a QB can miss throws due to randomness of the game

Do you recall that user agreement that practically none of the junkies, erm I mean players, read and then signed before even getting to play the game? It basically states in no small terms that EA can do whatever they want however they want whenever they want and you should be so lucky to even get the privilege of opening and paying — sorry I mean playing* any of the games they offer.

So you could certainly try a class action suit but you already signed away essentially all your rights like the good little whipping boy this company wants you to be. Now stop asking questions and go buy some packs please.

I see what you're saying and yes they can say numbers wise its this and that and randomness is coded... which sucks when it happens but is part of football. the concern i have is when you can visibly see your 99spd players visibly jogging at snails pace and getting circles ran around them by verifiably much slower players. good example is when you get a int and oline hawk your 99 spd db down in a flash.  that should not and never be a thing and that's not randomness.. its extremely poor and broken coding which can translate all across the game.

Its mainly in Champions mode to balance the game play.

Problem solved, they should get rid of champions mode and have H2H only and you get matched up with any team in your current H2H league, regardless of team overall -no ELO matchmaking, no adjusting sliders, no DDA - just straight honest gameplay

I have a really good team, make a lot of coins flipping cards/sets, but almost every team I get matched up with in champs mode is on my level.

Every team I played this weekend has Lamar, Dickerson, top WRs, top defensive players

And I'm decent at the game, not a superstar, but not bad either, so with against a similar overall team, I will usually win 2 games, then lose 1 - get 15 wins in Champ mode each week, but in my losses, I find the game tilted against me, and in my wins, I find the game titled in my favor

Definitely noticeable in both circumstances
