It will really depend on which Redux players are released on Friday, since that will probably be the selection for the 4 token set.  If they release a Lamar or Adams from the AKA Crews program, then people may wait.  If you get Sugar Rush, Reel Deals, Ring of Honor and some of the earlier 99 LTD AKA Crews, then people may jump on the 98's.  Golic and Oneill could change some minds if they are included.

Yeah, the issue is with this upcoming 99 Redux, the next Redux pack in the store should be 100% for a 98+. These 98s should crater more in price.

I was planning to hold out anyways, but the list confirms it.

Thank you SO very much for taking one for the team.  We're not worthy.  I'm super tempted to consider either big Larry or Fridge.  I'm still using Warren Sapp at DT1, although i've also been enjoying having Christian Barmore in that same role.  I flip-flop them DT1/DT2 depending on what ability stack and/or X-factor(s) i'm running.  After adding Sherm to the hybrid 49ers theme team last evening, i now have so much ability points on defense, i wasn't even sure what or where to spend them.  Ultimately I ended up putting both Flat & Mid Zone KOs on Chris Harris Jr. (at Slot1) and then paid full retail (2AP) for Pick Artist, just because.

I'm not sure I could justify the 4AP for Momentum Shift on the Fridge, but gosh it's tempting.  Although, if they give us a chance at Kelce or Aaron Donald from the 99 pack, i'd be forced to wait for that.  Seems unlikely, but who knows -- not sure what other 99s I'd even want or need at this point.  Anyone able to speculate on what the potential might be for final 4/4 S6 Set offer(s)?

I think we will have a much better picture when they release the 99 redux's end of this week.

Are you a J-E-T-S (or bitch-pigeons) fanboi?  Genuinely curious about the Prez, is he one of your favorite NFL players or you really dig his ability stack or something, or what am i missing here?  I went absolutely bonkers over the Jerry Rice situation last weekend, he was one of my childhood heroes, along with Air Jordan and Joe Montana... plus a crop of `86 Mets, if that counts, heh.  Thinking Doc Gooden and Strawberry.

I wouldn't be terribly disappointed if the 99 OVR set ended up being somewhat lackluster, i can definitely use one or more of those 98 BND offers.  Tough choices.  That 97 BND set might have been the best pack offer i opened all year long.

The Blur Brothers were set rewards, not LTDs.

It is probably fair to assume any cards released greater than or equal to one month from Thursday (5/2) are likely to get a Redux.

Film study, like Omaha , is not worth the AP because A good player is not going to let it affect them anyway. Shouldnt be worried about having an advantage on a play repeating nincompoop. No?

To the players that are just spamming variations of HB stretch and RPO, takes care of them.

I'm not worried about using it against actual competition. There will always be holes in the defense, a good player is going to find them regardless, whether you have Film Study or not.

Film Study > Momentum Shift for me because save 1 AP, secure tacklers all over defense to stop the glowing RBs.

Ya it’s certainly got its uses. I used Omaha to help me read defenses for a little bit And Film study can be used same way. I just play This game way too much to even think about using that ability. Once you played enough Madden you got film study built in.

Yah, I'm the same. Lol. But at this point I don't even know what I'd use 3 AP on. Lol. Whole defense has Pick/Lurk Artist, Deep Zone KO, Mid Zone KO, and Secure or the line has Inside Stuff and Secure.
