Zirksee made a video about it and I started doing challenges to get to the end and only have 15. 1 next week means I'll still be short. I'm pretty sure I just didn't receive the welcome pack bc I got the WW pass completed. What are the odds that more come out for me to complete the set and have not wasted 2-3 hours of my time

i dunno, cause im in the same boat with 15 but i know i got the welcome pack and got the one from the program pass so somehow i did not get one of the ones from the weekly releases

Yeah I just realized I also got one before so I got scammed too. Hopefully it's only 16 tokens.
