So my friend has an auction house limit

So my friend starts playing recently but can only play on weekends so have me his login and asked me to help him with a few things such as selling cards. Only problem is he can only auction max 5 cards a day. I’ve heard of other people having this but I never had it myself. It says he has to level up but I was wondering how much he had to level up and if it was in the season Pass or what? Anything you guys know is appreciated, thank you.

the limit goes up as your level gets higher

Ok however he leveled up twice and it still didn’t change
