Will Madden 25 be worth it?

Most feared of if you want later Xmas or even thanksgiving is good

I've played Madden 22, 23, and 24. All of them I feel have been wastes of times. All of them have been the exact same. I've spent a embarrassing amount of money in 22 and 23 (we're talking about like 500$ each)

I thought 22 was good, but 23 and 24 were cash grabs

I played until mid December.  And I flat out quit, the game wasn't worth the time or money anymore. I was fed up with the server issues and the constant horrible customer support EA is accustomed to. The game hasn't changed in decades and they promise you thing's will be different, but they never have been. Being an old gen user, shouldn't limit me to certain abilities in this game. and if it does I should of been aware of this before purchasing this game. I'm done until I see a huge change and it sucks cause I'm a huge football fan. It's just to bad EA us the only company making a NFL game

Game will be universally dumped on by the community. Metacritic and IGN will be literally 10,000,000 miles apart. Angry Joe will prolapse live on screen but for different reasons. It'll be the same game with a roster update. Maybe they'll shave a few pixels off the shoulder pads and added an extra helmet or something.

Sadly, I'll buy it. Because I have no choice.

Spot on. I’m moving on to NCAA hopefully it’s better. I only started playing Madden once Ncaa stopped

I would not wait. if your planning on playing the game don't wait. I did it one year and i couldn't ever get caught up to everyone else. there was so much I messed out on imo

I'd say it depends on what your goals are. I've started around Christmas some years and built some solid teams.  Just depends how much time/money you need to make a team you're happy with.

I'm NMS. so I need any  logins or anything that's of value for a continuous basis. in previous years,  if I'm not mistaken there was promotions that had a weekly timer on them . but like you said depending on if you spend money or not.

I started last year in feb and still had a 99 ovr team. Not to mention as a NMS I won’t really be “caught up”

I think I've finally gotten to the point where I can do without if Madden is our only option. As much as I love football I'd much rather play games that I actually enjoy & won't send me into a fit of rage to where I wanna toss my PlayStation out the damn window smh. This year was so atrocious I had to put it down earlier than I usually do.
