Madden SBMM/Elo?

I may or may not be a content creator and I want to make a series with the end goal being winning a SB. What mode would you recommend? My team isn't going to be meta like my normal team so this where I kind of need the most help I can get other than just my user skill. 

What would be "easier" per say, Normal All Pro Madden H2H or All Madden H2H?

All Madden has way less rage quits so for content that might be good. All pro is probably easier though because people who play All Madden are way more intense. BTW Are you on Youtube or do you stream.

I've heard all pro has better ELO system so you end up getting more evenly matched games. All madden can be a bit funky sometimes. So funky I've seen debate about if all madden even uses elo.
