Was this GT created by a person who pulled a GT or is this an EA GT? This card is literally the same as 98 Mostert. Is there a reason this guy got a GT?

Some dude on the Evans card page was trying to argue with me and tell me that this dude didn’t make himself, that 2 random people picked him as their GT. Sure maybe 1 year as a joke I could see it.
