It seems that way based on how cards from similar programs (Ring of Honor, for example) have worked.

I had this issue Wednesday. The objectives were tracking for me yesterday with no issue (MUT Champs doesn't count though, only Solo Battles have tracked for me so far). I've got all 92s not powered up in my line-up at their original position, and I have Koo at KOs and K.
