Why is it not working?

I have the 94 cb joe alt on my defense , and it's not giving me the option to activate him, and he's not showing up in my abilities on the team screen, does anyone know how to fix this?

Usually, messing around with the order it shows the players with LT/RT on xbox or L2/R2 on PS should fix it

Yep, what ascending and descending. Should fix it.
