Theme Team All-Stars Chemistry Boosts?

Who exactly gets these boosts?   I got Parsons and he does so I assume all LTDs do.  However, I got Too Tall and he does not.

So who all does?   Just LTDs?   Do the champions get?   Does Martin get?

LTD 99’s & the 2 free 97 with the tokens get it & finally the 92’s upgraded to 99’s but they only get it to the specific team they’re assigned to

How about players who’ve played for multiple teams. Does baker mayfield get team chemistry boots for all 4? Of the teams he’s just played on. Or just the bucs

He gets his past team chems plus the Tampa Bay Theme Team All-Stars Chemistries.
