I’ve seen people say that combining Reinforcement with any KO will give improved reaction everywhere on the field. Does anyone know if this is true?

I  might be wrong but I'm pretty sure when 94 Troy P came out Zan tested it and it did , but I could be wrong

After watching both Zan vids and testing it myself I think it doesn’t work. Adding a midzone KO will only give Ronnie improved reaction in the midzone.
