Yeah that's an important factor that makes me more likely to recommend hill. Like I said before ultimately I think it comes down to your preference for offense or defense
Sherman and Harris are who I went and no regrets.
Sherman is cb2 to cover wr1 and Harris is cb4 to cover strong side slot

Hopefully TTAS OBJ will be available in a Season 7 Token Exchange, as were the Team Diamond Champions during Season 6. I spent way too many hours grinding for him, and while having all three 4/4 Theme Team boosts may help for the rest of the year, I'm not certain how relevant that 4/4 will be when you consider how many high-end 32-NFL-Team-Chemistry-eligible players there are. Having finished the House Rules late last night, I have yet to play with him.
Went with Harris for 98, still 50/50 on hill and Sherman

If you run zone it’s Sherman and Harris by a mile.
I'd get sherm, and harris. Then grab Tevis out the UL 99 box in the comp pass. I picked Talib myself now I wish I had gotten Harris for the slot. In the meantime I have Deon working it, but the CB position will be good with those three.
This all boils down to scheme & who u already have on ur depth chart (what abilities they have).
You say u play zone defense in dollar so right off the bat id eliminate talib from ur options hes not a zone cb. You'd be picking between sherm or harris.
Sherm has the built on pick artist so he's going to animate for picks more, he also gets deep zone ko 1ap so he could be played in cov3/cov4
Harris doesn't get pick artist buit in he has secure tackler built in, if u struggle against angry runs he's the guy u would want. He also doesnt get deep zone kos, harris is strictly a slot cb, sherm has more versatility bc he can get mid/flat combo for 0ap or mid/deep combo for 1ap.. can play him slot or as outside cb.
Go sherm if u want a taller slightly more versatile cb who will animate for picks more often. Go harris if u need a slot cb and struggle against stopping angry runs he's perfect.
Hill is a top 5 WR in the game, gets a man beating ability with route tech, he gets juke box and human joystick. Juke box is better on taller receivers bc they cover more ground when they juke laterally/horizontal but hill makes it for it with possibly the best possession catch animations in the game, he's a dawg against zone kos and man coverage defenses. Hill is also one of the few WRs who get 3 0ap abilities AND starting on x factors too
Out of all the options you listed i like hill + harris the best but your needs at cb might be saying sherman and harris my guy 🫡🫡 choose wisely * j cole voice*
