Vick or Allen?

I've been using RoH Vick for a while now, he still plays well, but I've used almost every Vick card to come out this year and I'm getting kinda tired of him.  I have TTAS Josh Allen at a 97, alomst to a 99, once I max him out, is better or at least as good as Vick?

If you use an xfactor on your QB, I think Allen is the better choice simply because he has better xfactors to choose from
