Angry runs or charged up freight train?

is there a big difference in gameplay between the two? Just curious if angry runs is the worth the 1 AP?

Biggest difference is going to be angry runs works in the pass game. If your scheme involves a lot passing to your rb or if you prefer juking, angry runs is worth the 1 ap.

if you’re a heavy runner i’d go with freight train. angry run wins the first interaction so sometimes it’ll be used juking out the first defender at the line of scrimmage and get tackled by a LB. Freight train is a broken tackle so you can smooth juke out the first defender then cheese when you make contact at the second level.
