I don't think there's a definitive best one. At this stage a +1 boost isn't that meaningful. It really just depends on your team and what small boosts could benefit your players.

i have a card call sinister strength  is a god card + 20 strength, +10 hit Power + 10 run blocking, + 10 height + 10 throw Power+. 10 Power, is good?

Sinister Strength was a Most Feared Program Card. I don't believe that will work in the Hybrid slot. Am I wrong?

Only the grey +1 strat cards can go into the hybrid slot.

I got the +1 tackle silver from cowboys but wouldn't go in last slot
