I was wondering if I should change the abilties im using and if so what? Just got back into the game today after not playing much for a month or two.

A general rule of thumb I follow for players on defense is that on my CBs and Safeties you must use Mid Zone Ko since it give you improved reactions in any zone on the field but you only get KOs when in a Middle Zone. Also any Charge up or Passive Reinforcements you can equip on your players is crucial with the current META being 3 or more vanguards on offense to run or use in RPOs. Secure tacklers or Tackle Supreme are must as well. So I would prioritize Mid Zone Ko and a tackle ability over abilities like Pick Artist or any other zone KOs. On offense if you want the very best of the best abilities you should get Tom Brady at QB and any of the fan appreciation LTDs or Champions as well as any 99 Division Dynasty players. The Theme Team all stars and any other cards before that are quickly being phased out by those cards and Ultimate Legends.
