CeeDee to shore up WRs or Engram for a true TE1? I do throw to my tight end quite a bit. Trent is TE2.
I also (will) have 2x UL packs to open. I was thinking about Klecko and Revis.

You need to save your line up and share that link with us. Right now your link just goes to the lineup builder not your specific lineup.
Preliminary thoughts would be I would go Engram over Lamb. I think Engram is a better option as a receiving TE compared to everyone else available than Lamb is at WR. Plus you can always play Engram at WR if you decide you need the help there.
Hard to say with the ULs without seeing your team but Klecko and Revis are both solid options. Though if you're willing to wait a couple weeks perhaps they'll be even better options in the future.
