Let me know your opinion...would MUT be better without Champs mode?

I ask because I feel this is the worst part of MUT

The original concept had good intentions...Another form of H2H outside of seasons where you win games and get rewards

However the corruption of this mode ruins it, as this is the only game mode where EA nerfs your team to try and prevent you from winning

For me personally, its the same each week. I start out with some really good games on the first day, my teams plays well, and Ill usually end up around 5-1 or 6-1

Then the next day, its like my team gets the FLU. Tackling is awful, blocking is awful, coverage is awful...and even when i get lower overall opponents, they're 96s will outperform my 99S

I personally think the game would be better without this SHAM game mode?

What about you all?

the gameplay in that mode is iffy at times. Also not a fan of it being the main source of CP xp

Wish they did more with House Rules and let you earn CP xp from HR. This would give shorter games with some variety, while still rewarding xp/coins etc

Idk man it just must be who you get matched up against I dont notice a difference when playing besides players who have cracked abilities lol

ranked weekend league with weekly and monthy rewards would be better and make the games important. Draft Champs is watered down so everyone can enjoy it which i understand but it ruins the competitive part of the game. Everyone gets a trophy

Champs doesn't really add anything to mut in it's current form. I understand it was good in the past because of the reward structure. But ever since the change to the comp pass it's not really any different than h2h. All it does is make it so players have to choose between advancing more in the comp pass or getting more rewards from actually playing games in seasons. Only EA benefits from that. I'd be fine if champs didn't return.

Just my opinion, but I don't think champs is any more inconsistent than any other game mode.

There are literally NO rewards for playong this mode other than Cono a pass progress. There is no reason for it. They took away all the rewards, they should just get rid of the mode and award more CP for Seasons, and SBs. There is no point in this other than to force us to play this mode and waste our time…..
