I opened the week 1 and week 2 for 40 training each and don't see him. Is he a random pull or where do I find him?

yea, thanks, just realized this. I created this new account solely for a Bucs TT, (already have 99 Neal, 99 Baker, 99 Vea DT, 99 Murphy Bunting, 99 Revis) and I also cannot find the free Lavonte David for the Crucible promo.
