Auction Expires and you don’t get the card back

I had some TOTW Brandon Grahams up on the block that didn’t sell and I didn’t get the cards back, anyone else have this issue?

I've seen it happen a few times with me, but when I went to the main menu and came back, the cards were back in the binder

I tried restarting my game twice and it still wasn’t there, hopefully they’re there next time I log on

It’s now been days and still no cards, should I contact EA help?

I actuioned adrian. Peterson and it doesn’t say he sold I can’t find him anywhere can someone point me in right direction pls.
