Cannot Claim Rewards in House Rules

Anyone else experiencing this? 

If you go into House Rules, the IF and TTAS events both have a green "claim rewards" on them.

Each time I try to claim them it says something about servers failed to blah blah and it boots me back to the Madden home menu.

They’ve always done that when the promo expires for it . There is actually no reward to claim idk why they dont just remove it 

but all claimable rewards would’ve been given to you when you load up the game after the promo expires

The dreaded "Servers not responding" error message.  I've been stuck in this cycle basically all day.  Obviously it's still happening from the House Rules menu, but things seem to have taken a turn for the worse.  Now i'm also getting this error message simply attempting to enter any/all Solo Challenges.  I managed to knock out the first Johnny Unitas UL Solos from last weekend, but after that, the game just hung, i never got the 100 coin "reward" or whatever, the game screen went almost full black, music kept playing and from there i was just stuck.

I thought perhaps it was latency due to me using Remote Play to connect to the PS5 from my PC, but nope.  I've done all the usual trouble-shooting madness, clearing my roster, starting a totally new/fresh roster and trying to figure what player (or item) is glitching my lineup, but after numerous attempts i finally just turned off the PS5.

Had such a lovely little break from this game, but wanted to dive into S7 and see what was up and perhaps consider finishing a few basic requirements as we prep for M25, but that is becoming difficult.

Anyway, sorry to get so far off topic -- it's definitely not YOU, those House Rules events almost never go away and will continue to crash MUT and drop you back at the EA login screen for the rest of the year.
