Whats the method to get into practice mode now without being disconnected from the servers?
Know it has to do with the Theme Team All-Star guys. Just didn't want to sit here and recreate an entire new lineup if I only had to remove a couple guys, or a certain person specific.

So you run a theme team? If so, is it 50/50?
Having the same issue on PS5, and also having it with some challenges. Removing Fan Appreciation Plaxico Burress and Ryan Clark from my lineup seems to make everything work again. Going to troubleshoot some more.

Update: It helps for Practice, but the Challenges are still crashing out. I do suspect it's an issue with more exotic theme team setups, including those that utilize multiple theme team boosts through multiple Theme Team motivators and multiple same-team boosts on players with chems spanning multiple teams.
Do you mind sharing your roster, complete with all chemistries?
In troubleshooting, I disabled all of my abilities on both sides of the ball, and yet the lineup screen was showing that I had one Superstar player. That was Sweet Feet Charles Cross. (Weird, since I actually have never put any abilities on him, apart from the training spent to enable his chemistry.)
Anyway, that alone didn't stop the errors. I suspect at this point there is a 'leak' that is messing up how the servers process rosters, and my next step is simply to delete this roster and populate a new one. I'll let you know how that goes.
There's definitely something wrong with certain chems. I have a new theory: 99 is a sort of ceiling for attributes, but they're limited to 99 after everything is summed. If a certain threshold is exceeded, it results in an error in certain settings. It doesn't seem to affect competitive play, but it definitely affects practice and challenges.
It's not that I can't use certain players, and it doesn't seem to be the abilities.
The horizon I'm seeing is in a setup where I cross from tier 1 to tier 2 of the Seahawks' Pass Pro motivator chem where I also have 5/5 Rams Power Run motivator chem, 5/5 Rams Balanced motivator chem, and 5/5 49ers Power Run motivator chem, as well as 4/4 Legion of Boom motivator chem, and 25/50 49ers, Rams, and Seahawks chems. I'd have a lot to review here, but I'm looking for a stat that's incrementing 1 too far, and triggering the error. The difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2 is +1 to 26 different attributes, a lot to comb through.
Incidentally, when I tried cutting the 49ers Power Run motivator chem to 2/5 and brought the Seahawks Pass Pro motivator chem back up to 5/5, I still got the error. I don't know if it's something in the Pass Pro motivator chem in complex interactions, but I'll follow up later.
