I’ll try my best to list off as many budget cards (>100K) as I can with QB being a little more expensive since I saw that in a comment of yours.

Offense:  
QB: Andrew Luck, Bo Jackson or Darelle Revis

HB: Michael Penix Jr. 
WR: Xavier Legette, Xavier Worthy, Plaxico Burress 

TE: Kyle Pitts, Bo Jackson, and Trent Williams FB item

O-Line: Jordan Morgan, Tyler Guyton, Andrew Whitworth

For defense it’s a lot harder to find good budget cards so I would definitely spend more and gets cards that fit your play style with the discounted abilities they get

but ROLB Bo, MLB Mailata, CB Pitts and CB Alt are good at Safety or CB

If you haven’t already, grind as many UL, Weekly Wildcard and Aka Crews Solo Challenges you can stomach cuz you can get so many good cards from them. I recommend, Richard Sherman AKA, Robert Hunt Weekly Wildcards, and for UL solos do the 16 Token Set to earn 97 OVR ULs then sell them and use those coins on your team.

I’ve been using payton who gets the same stack and release for cheaper, is there any reason to spend the extra coins?

Luck has better passing stats. While Payton may be faster, have better release, and gets the same ability stacks, at the end of the day his throwing accuracy stats are no better than that of a 93 or 94 overall player. Payton is still a good card, don't get me wrong; but I paid the extra coins for the peace of mind that comes with knowing that your quarterback has 99 throw accuracy and will not miss the throws that a QB with 93 accuracy would.

Okay fair, Ive only had some problems with pressured throws on the run, do you think it’s worth spending extra for Luck to make those throws?

Definitely. Being able to make these throws could keep a drive alive in a pressure situation and gain useful yards that would otherwise stand ungained.

gotcha. ima try him out for a season with some extra coins i made ty
