Where are the Fan Appreciation packs people are talking about?

I keep seeing in the players comments that people are pulling 99 BND players. Where are they getting these players?

Theres two reward packs and sets.

Once you finish the FA field pass you will get your pick of a 99 BND. And if you get 15 tokens you can fill the set and get another one.

This is not correct. There is a possibility to get a free 99 FA BND pack. But you can also get a 97+ crucible pack (like me)

actually I think your right about the pack you get at the end of the FA field pass.

So you get one free 99 BNd and a possibility of a second?
