Since its basically season over someone teach me the voodoo behind hit sticking. I love big hits that cause fumbles so I've been looking for players that are Big Hitters and have Strip Ball all year but idk wtf that actually does. Should I be looking at hit power and tackle rating instead? Are those ratings relevant or is it just a tier?
Hit power is the most important stat when you're talking about hit sticks. I don't think big hitter matters if you're planning to user the player, I always just assumed that it applied to cpu defenders hit sticking the ball carrier without user input. It's harder to get hit sticks in online play since real players don't move in straight lines like cpus and let you knock them down.
yes, I have three players with 99 Hit power, and lots with 97+ and they be tearing it up!
Don’t teach him. Learn him. 🙂
Yes hit power and tackle are super important. tackle is how well you hold on to the guy. high tackle prevents broken tackles. hit power makes it so you can hit big people than the hitter and how hard they hit. my big hitters are ray lewis, kam chancelor, night train lane and randy moss.
