Does run stuffer ability do anything?

I would imagine it should be inside stuff and no outsides but it doesn't seem to activate. Anybody have any insight by chance?

I have run stuffer and reinforcment on Khyree and I was in practive mode yesterday and he was tossing Victor Cruz. I had just bought Cruz and wanted to see what Vanguard was like on a WR. Every other DB though Cruz was pancaking. I also use it on Nitchke and seems to get him better block sheds and he doesn't get pancaked by offensive linemen with Vanguard.

I thought it was practically inside stuff and no outsiders. That's how it seems to behave against the cpu in solo battles. I think like those abilities it's pretty inconsistent when activates if the oline has secure protector. Plus a lot of people like using rpos to run the ball since they don't count as run plays
