EA no-Help is of zero use. They'll maybe say they'll review your account history (if you're lucky enough to get a reply at all) but of course EA is perfect, so I'm 99% certain they'll tell you the action (ban) was correct and no account will be taken.
IF this is your first offense, you can try to send a certified letter to EA Legal. It costs liek five bucks to send it USPS. Lemme know if you want help drafting a letter, I've got a template you can use. Good luck, sucks to be without AH access.

They'll claim that they'll strip your account of all coins, assuming you got hit with the same bogus "coin distribution" nonsense, but it's fairly rare that happens.
I'm in the same boat, sadly. Here's the template, I'm not an attorney, just sharing a method I have used successfully in the past, but please be advised it's not a fast process.

Perfect thanks for the help I’ll give it a try and see if I can at least salvage some of it hopefully

It's linked above, anyone can grab it and feel free to fill it out with your own information. I'm just some random dumbass on the internet, be careful who or what information you trust -- i managed to get my first AH ban overturned, but have remained banned since December, for selling these 83 OVR Dak Prescott for ~150-200k coins, when Team Diamonds were in high demand. EA hates it when users profit. You can check price history (on PS5). Anyway, proceed with caution.
Let me know any questions. I'm not qualified to provide any type of legal advice, so take anything and everything with a grain of salt. Hope it helps you guys.
