I’m new to late-season MUT (and MUT in general), so I’m curious as to how I can prepare for the release of this Rookie Premier program. What is the program exactly and Should I be selling all valuable cards and stockpiling gold? I’ve got about 18-20M now + another 20 in players, should I be using free cards and budget cards for this? Any tips or help appreciated
We won't know until it releases but 18-20 M coins should probably be enough to do all of the RP sets. Don't think you need to much prep. You also might be able use any spare cards currently in your binder for some of the sets.
That should be enough to do almost all of the sets you shouldn’t have to sell off your team for it.
You are going to need probably 15M+ if you wanna do ALL 32 the FIRST DAY it comes out. You can grind the field pass for some free ones I bet, including maybe free one from loyalty rewards.
I hope they do 32 again please EA

Dont think ea wants us to have 32x again. It took away from them making $ the first two months while ppl just used the rp budget team. Wont complain if they do it again tho.

If last year is any indication, i believe it cost me roughly ~15M coins to complete all 33 Rookie Premier players/sets during MUT23. I'd be extremely surprised if EA changed course and gave us new/different Rookie Premier promo.
Coins are and will always remain king. Beyond that, i think the only other thing you could be doing would be to stockpile as much binder trash as you can, in hopes that some of those cards will be useful to put into the RP sets.
If they don't do 32 imma be pissed. Give us NMS an edge

Rookie premiere seems to work a bit differently every year. I would not be surprised if they try to do something to spice it up this year. But for the record, I do think it's likely we get 32 rookies. What might be different is what transfers from 24 to 25.

I just meant, i don't anticipate EA will be creating unique content, specifically designed for MUT24, as with most everything else (especially in May/June), it's typically at least based on a prior promo, if not an identical clone.
Guess we'll find out soon enough, thanks, as always for the insight and expert guidance. Much obliged, as obviously i have no actual clue what to expect. This is only now my second RP.

I see now. You're right about that. The general concept of RP has always been do some sets in the current game to get some players in the next game. And that certainly seems like it will be the case again this year.
I was referring to the fact that 2 years ago was the first time all 32 teams got cards for RP. Last year was the first time there was a big reward for doing all the RP sets. It just seems like there could be another first for RP this year.
Off-topic but I've learned a couple things from some of your recent gameplay posts. Keep up the excellent work man.

Appreciate all the historical context, extremely beneficial, as always.
Keeping as much binder trash as I can acquire, in hopes of at least doing a 49ers RP sets, perhaps a few more. Kinda curious how much more ridiculous cards can even get, I'm at the end of my imagination... we're nearly getting every possible ability at 0AP, which was is up from here?
Kind of curious what I could have possibly taught a player of your experience, but thank you for the kind words. So many of you guys blessed me when I was just starting MUT halfway through M23 cycle. Appreciate you.

Yeah cards this year are absolutely crazy. Most of the end game cards in mut 23 would be considered mid in this year's game. Seems like the only way they could make more desirable cards than what we have now is giving them a ton of passive xfactors and multiple team chems.
I think it's likely that you'll be able to do the 49ers RP set. There's usually enough rewards from solos and objectives that you can get one player for free.
Among other things the info about punt block was something I wasn't even aware of. But I'll definitely have to practice it a bit so I'm ready next time my opponent tries to punt.

Yeah but the only way to transfer our progress(coins) from 24 to 25 is thru RPs I mean I'm sure there is another way to transfer it but not legally by EA and they will most likely ban you. I always just sell my team and use all my coins on RPs if there's a better legal way to do it im all 👂
