Is anyone having issues with challenges kicking you off server and not allowing you to progress with anymore challenge? Mine started with Ultimate Legends than fan appreciation and now the Rookies Revolution program after two challenges.

Remove some of the Theme Team motivator cards [from your lineup]. That's persistently been a problem for me.

I owe you so much bro!!! Iv been locked out of challenges for three weeks!! Iv been chatting with ea customer service and they can care less! I removed a few of the theme players and now every thing is workin. Thank you again a lot!!! You on old gen or new?

Just as a suggestion, when dealing with any large company, it's never enough to go to Customer Service. That's a department to go through. Identify the nature of the issue (technical, legal, satisfaction, etc.), and get to the department with a representative that can communicate the issue in details relevant to that department. I don't know that this would work specifically with EA, but in dealing with service and goods providers of all sorts, Customer Service Intakes are only given the lowest level of empowerment to resolve a very narrow set of issues. The person you spoke with at EA was not a programmer, and likely had no idea how to effectively process your concern. In those cases, escalation usually becomes possible when you express your desire to resolve an issue that affects you and is likely to affect the company's other customers.
At this stage, it's unlikely EA will fix this bug.

This is absolutely impeccable advice, not only regarding Madden, but for life, in general. EA no-Help is of little use, they're fielding a range of questions and are basically only there to run interference. After numerous (all fruitless) endeavors trying to get my initial auction house ban overturned, the correct and ultimate solution is exactly what @phatalerror stated above, directly writing a letter to EA Legal, who made a "one time exception" and got my ban overturned. Sadly, it just happened again during Team Diamonds, but at least i knew to not continue wasting time with EA no-Help.
At this stage it's unliekly EA will do anything except give us yet another recycled Madden version with slightly tuned gameplay and basic roster updates. All they're doing is refreshing the menus and pretending it's a brand new game. But i'll be first in line to pay hundreds of dollars for the opportunity to engage with simulation fatball.

How many people did you have to remove for it to work? I’m locked out on old gen Xbox and idk how far I need to go to be able to do challanges

I just took two theme team players out of my line up, it started working. Im on old gen too.
As I continue to work with various rosters, today I tried a full Seahawks theme team with 5/5, 5/5, and 5/5 of the three different motivator chems. I couldn't get the challenges to run. I had removed any non-Seahawks motivator chems. I don't know if anyone's problems have been specific to the Seahawks, but this is what I'm seeing.

I have the same thing with but ravens TT. I only took two moderators out and everything was great.
