Weekly plat sucks. If I remember correctly that only has 78+ plats in it. I’d go triumph and hope to pull something
I have had this question. I know that the high-end options pull higher OVR cards, but at a point where a 96 is worth as much as a 95 if you are trying to build Rookie Premieres, I didn't know if maybe other options contributed more favorably to the end result of building RR 97's.
