How to sub in MLB at TE??

I picked MLB Jones from the GT pack & I dont know how to put him in my TE3 slot any belp?

You have to sub him in once you start a game. He can’t go in at TE in your lineup.

would I have to pause the game to do that or can I just go into formations and sub him in?

You can do it in the formations.
