Hello! Can you only change the front art (in upgrades) to core player art? For example I'm trying to change my 99 Joe Burrow to the Zero Chill art and the core art is the only option. The Zero Chill card is in my collection. Thanks!

No, there are several cards where you can change the art to something else that is non-core card. But not all cards have all the previous options for that player.
