I completed a RP set last night and just got a pack in which I get to choose 4 of the 99 ovr RR players. Will the unreleased 99’s be included in this pack in the following 2 week?
I would assume so but we won't know until next week since EA refuses to communicate anything.

If you already opened it, it will not update. Only if you complete a second one and get a new pack, and don't open it until the last release, will it have new players in it.
Pretty much how packs have always worked in this game. Once you open it, it's set. It doesn't automatically add new cards as selections to opened packs.
