I’ve used Johnson, DRC, Olave and Gibbs so far, but I think Gibbs has been the best one quite easily. After that I would say Peters, which comes to no surprise the best 2 are LTD’s. I’ll 100% be completing the set for Pouncey tomorrow though, I think he’s the best one available within sets personally. 
 

Unless you do plan on putting them into the RP set at the end, I wouldn’t really say the ones you can gain from completing sets are worth the grind, or the 1m coins to buy them. There’s so many other better, If not similar, cards available for way less.
