99 ovr 99 OFF 99 DEF

I have just about 99 in all positions except for a few boosted 98’s->99’s in back spots but for some reason I’m still a 98 with 99 OFF and 99 DEF…..is that a glitch they will never fix or what is it I need to do to my lineup to achieve that 99 OVR 99 OFF 99 DEF??????!!!! HELP!

Do you have 99 kicker and punter? Special teams matters for 99 ovr.

I would if there was a 99 kicker……is there one idk about? I have 98 tucker

Koo from AANHPI promo if that's still available. I believe tucker can get to 99 as well but needs +1 awareness strat/coach and TTAS chems or Scottish Hammer boosts
