So I’m aware that we have been blessed with Caleb Jones, and Dave Robinson for our MLB and ROLB spots, I’m just curious to see what everyon is running in the LOLB spot? And who are the back ups? I’m struggling to find the best combination of linebackers.
I mean it doesn't really matter if you run somebody at their correct position. Are you really running three linebackers? I'd say Calvin or Moss are probably the best other options. I personally run nickel so I have Caleb and user Calvin.

Only if I run 4-3 even 6-1 but my choices are between, Bosa, Parsons, mercilus, and moss

If you plan on running 6-1 and running coverage then you shouldn't use Bosa, Parsons or Mercilus lmao
I have Calab, Gronk, Seau, Moss, and Calvin. It doesn't matter who I have cause some cheeseball will spam some cheese play all game boring me to death until I lose interest and stop playing. It's not even fun anymore. People need to get some skills and man up. These same play cowards have ruined football. It's not even real football it's pee wee kids gaming

Understandably, that’s for when I blitz them, I know how pass coverage works
Gronk MLB2
Seau LOLB

I float around between different formations, but I've got Dave Robinson at LOLB (as this tends to be quite possibly the weakest position in the entire game), then I'm using Junior Seau at ROLB (and MLB3) if/when I need to play some 4-3 Even 6-1, although i very rarely use that formation in the past couple/few weeks. BNOG, or even Dollar tends to do a better job even against the heavy run formations.
Please feel free to take some inspiration from my squad, it's not terrible. At this late stage in the game i'm prioritizing a lot of run defense, namely Run Stuffer across the entire D-line, as it tends to perform significantly better than even the combination of Inside Stuff and No Outsiders. I'm still using Ray at MLB2, as he also gets Run Stuffer, so it's useful to bring him in as the blitzing MLB whenever I go with 3-4 Odd.
My primary formations have been; 3-3 Odd, 3-3 Cub, BNOG & Dollar. So really i've only needed just the two LBs. YMMV, obviously.

What abilities do you run on Mike Evan’s and Randy moss? I like the lineup a lot tbh

I'm spending more AP on both Mike and Randy than basically any other players on defense.
- Mike Evans (FS): Reinforcement, Tackle Supreme, Mid Zone KO + Pick Artist for 3AP total (i was initially worried about losing Universal Coverage, after coming from Larry Wilson, but holy hell, wish i had made that swap sooner. Mike and his elite height has played exceptionally well for me).
- Randy Moss (CB): Tackle Supreme, Reinforcement, Universal Coverage + Pick Artist for 3AP total (i finally removed Bottleneck from Mossman, as basically everyone has WRs now that can insta-win against Man Press attempts, so I've moved him to the Slot and he's been absolutely wonderful, making leaping, backwards diving picks and using that elite height to help lock down passes that might look open, plus excels in the run game)
I continue to tinker around the edges with these abilities. Demoting Klecko and regaining 2AP has allowed me to add PA to both players. Randy kept batting balls away that should have been easy picks and it was frustrating me, but if/when i need more ability points, PA is the first thing to go. I'd prefer to also have Out My Way on Randy, but at the moment i'm using those 2AP on uhhhh Enforcer for big Caleb, so that my Hit Sticks actually do something if/when they land. Almost certainly better uses of 2AP, but there's nothing liek a quick forced fumble to turn the tides of a game if my opponent is trying to chew clock late in the game. Avalanche is wildly inconsistent without Enforcer Supreme (or regular Enforcer).

Noted, I currently run 3 ap on Mike aswell, but I run charged up universal, do you think that’s a waste? Here’s my current lineup. https://www.mut.gg/24/lineup-builder/afd69d3b-4fc7-4811-b59b-997857907ead/

No, not at all a waste, especially if you run any Cover 0 blitzes, or otherwise put Mike in straight up Man coverage. That was my biggest concern prior to switching away from Larry with UC. Thankfully I mostly play Zone, so no real concerns adjusting. I just had to give up the Nickel 3-3 Cub Mike 0 blitz. Barely using Bottleneck press in the past 1-2 weeks, now that everyone has great receivers. I've found Man to be wildly inconsistent. That being said, I still work in some Cover 2 Man to give different looks, but it feels somewhat rare.
Lemme take a look at the roster. Difficult to truly give you feedback without knowing scheme and ability setup, but you know the drill...

OH SHIT, your squad is absolutely cracked. My bad, I'm catching up here, sorry I can be a little dense at times. You're obviously looking to find that extra 1-2% on top in a perpetual quest to min/max. My man.
I've noticed quite a few people running Pouncey at Tackle, I hadn't tried him there, but have DEF been missing Mawae, especially with a little extra from LoB 4/4 boosts.
What other X-factors you running on defense? I'm currently using Colossus (x2) on Braden Fiske & Dave Robinson, although I was using Reinforcement on Seau instead of Dave, but as I'm mostly running just 2 LBs, Junior wasn't seeing enough playtime to justify. But I love what you're doing with UC on Mike. That little extra makes these already fantastic cards super elite. Your Mike basically has no weakness as I see it.
Mike Evan: UC
Kearse: Blitz( very very very underrated ability, guarantees instant sheds all game long) it allows Mario to get double teamed at DT and for peppers to get the inside pressure and Kearse and hutch clean edge rushes.
Hutch: MS
I spend 2 ap on Peppers for lurker, because sometimes I’ll peel of the D-line and user him and he gets crazy animations for INTs
My lolb is zach thomas lol. its scheme dependent. i found my best defense and ive done it by putting 7 players with the avalanche and enforcer supreme combo on the field. i actually do use 3 linebackers
rolb - ray lewis - avalanche enforcer supreme mid zone lurk artist 2ap
mlb - dave robinson - avalanche x factor + i made enforcer supreme by using 3 of his buckets on enforcer + crusher + demoralizer
lolb - zach thomas - avalanche enforcer supreme run stuffer universal coverage lurk artist 1ap
