I logged onto the game and I didn't get my 3 players that was supposed to go to the 85 OVR BND UA Set, is anybody else having this problem? It won't let me contact EA Help as of this moment. I tried restarting my game but that didn't work, so am I supposed to wait for EA to give me my players?

Join the crowd I got one of the 3 even though I got the mut tips for all 3 in game

I checked to see if i had the tips and I did, it's just EA being slow and not giving me my packs

I only received 1 of them. which makes me wonder if I'm not getting the other 2. All of the Ultimate Alumni challenges are complete. Anything else I need to do?

Yes, I am having problems not receiving everything also.
I got 2 tips/tokens out of the 3 tips I earned toward the Champion Set. I can not put either tip/token into a set yet.
I did not get the tip that was to advance me to level 10 either.
These items are still in my CFB 25 Item Binder, but have not made their way over to Madden 25 yet.

You got the XP from reaching Level 20 on CFB 25?
Damn, I thought EA was holding the XP Boost and the 3 players earned by playing CFB 25 until the regular game release.
I guess not?

I received 2 of the 3 "MUT Tip" cards but not the actual player items or the advancement to Level 10. Rather disappointed as I was really looking forward to that 85 OVR Saquon Barkley. The level boost isn't much of a concern now as I'm already at Level 8. Hopefully EA addresses this soon.

Some people got the 3 BND players some didn't. I got the tips telling me I got the BND players but no players lol. As far as the xp I logged into cut stayed on for a min then logged back into mut and received my xp from reaching lvl 20 in cut
