Can anyone confirm access to a shared account

Good day Everyone 

I hope everybody’s enjoying madden 25. I downloaded the game got the pre-order version but I was trying to download the game on another account in a family members room , but for whatever reason it won’t give me the install prompt even though I have everything set up and no problems with other games being downloaded. I was wondering if anyone can confirm that they have downloaded the game and shared the game to another account.

I have my account as home xbox on my brothers xbox and hes able to play any of my games including madden 25.
