Team Chemistry Strategy Card

Is anyone else team strategy card not working? 

I am suppose to have +2 SPD to bears but only getting one with team chemistry.

Didn’t know that’s what those were for. Don’t have one yet. Will check one my auction house resets from this stupid limit. Any idea what time that is?

I have no idea when auction resets but I haven't had a limit since hitting over level 10 but I also haven't been using the auction house like that.

Just trying to fill out my Vikes TT. I got to 20/20 with the Vikings strat card and also only have the +1 speed.
