Forge Challenges where offense is lined up on Defense

I replayed a challenge in Forge and my entire offense lined up on defense.... Flag was thrown for offsides.... 

Anybody else see this?

Yeah I’ve had this happen.  You can also just call a timeout.

ive called a hurry up and my players lines up on the wrong side of the field. very glitchy
