Yeah, it's normal ig for the start and looks like another year of OVR slow rolls but is what it is. Again this was a report so it remains to be 100% confirmed as of yet so time will indeed tell.

I’m a purple rube. I loved me some Freddy B a few years ago though.. i forget which year it was (I’ve been away for a few) but it was the year where cover 3 match zone D out of 46 defense with cover backers that hit the zone D threshold was elite.
