Can't access MUT

Tried to play MUT but the icon isnt showing for me. Says I dont have access to that section.

try a software update, or game update.

From what I’ve seen from other people with that issue it usually means u got banned. Did u buy coins?

Yes. Seen different Youtubers advertising it. I never got a email or anything saying I was banned.

NEVER buy coins, no matter how many YouTubers advertise it. It's a surefire way to get banned.

Yeah. You should receive an email eventually.

You're banned though. No telling if it's a temporary or permanent ban.

I seen you can check if your banned on the EA site & it doesnt show anything for me unless it hasnt updated

I think bans are usually for about 7-14 days.

Might be your servers or internet if not try online mode tell me if that works and it might be a ban but doesn't sound like one... tell me if you can access online
