Because they make GTs a ton better than normal 99s, no matter if their OOP. If Josh Allen was a GT and Mixon was a normal 99 OOP from another promo, then Allen would be the one who was a ton better.

Hill looks like a menace with 99 hit power. He'll be nearly impossible to see on the field with his height, then BOOM. Hit Stick fumble. Lurker and acrobat could make him really good in pass coverage too.
