Season of Boom token usage question

So I have 3 of these tokens so far....2 say Boom Upgrade Token on the right side of the card and the description just says use this item to upgrade season of boom program players.

The other one just says Token on the side and the description is to upgrade Najee or Peppers to and 83 OVR

First, I was not given a choice between Najee and Peppers. The welcome pack just had Peppers. Second, am I safe in assuming these other Boom Upgrade Tokens get you from 79-82 and you need that one specific token to get from 82 to 83?

That makes a lot of sense . I was wondering why I couldn’t use it to upgrade Peppers some more. It must be the final token for either player

You'd think they would make it a little clearer LOL , like the front of that token would say "Upgrade from 82 - 83" or something
