Tips on getting the ALUM players

I need my alum players, I picked certain players because I knew I’d have those players and yet I don’t have them rn. Anyone have a tip on how to fix this on my end? I need these players

Nothing you can really do, EA is aware and hopefully fixes us all up soon

I sent EA Help a message.

They said they are on it and it is taking longer to get the reward out.
