Best 3-4 defensive playbook

Hey guys, just getting back to MUT after a few years off.  Could someone help me with an idea of what the best 3-4 defensive playbook is?  Thanks in advance :-)

The best playbook reference is on this site.  On the top line opposite the MUT.GG logo, click on the three vertical dots.  Then go to the playbook data base. 

My favorites are Kansas City and Raiders.

I personally am thinking panthers and might try it out but I like the 3-4 odd and 3-3-5 penny.
