As someone who's been gaming for nearly 15 + years, and preordering games for the last 8, I have never, ever experienced an issue receiving pre order belongings.
2k, Fifa, Call Of Duty, MLBTS ... Never seen anything like this. We are beyond a week since pre order release, and nearing a week from world release, and still have not been given my deserved pre order content. I have not received my XP, nor my Ultimate Alumni content. It just bothers me that there isn't much of a point in contacting support, and that this issue is so widely spread through the community that, I fear many will never get it, and EA will just continue to act as if nothing has happened; and continue their monopoly over all of us... Im done yapping; hope you guys have enjoyed the game so far.

“Nearing a week since world release” lol. It’s barely been 48 hours… the missing preorder content is BS, don’t get me wrong, but at least get your facts straight.
Corrections:
Early release was Monday 8/12 (5 days ago)
Worldwide release was 8/16 (1 day ago)
I know EA has a long, established track record of missing targets, glitches and poor attention to detail. I can completely understand frustration when this pattern is repeated year after year and criticism is warranted.
We all want the content we paid for and should expect it to be delivered timely. Did EA miss the target by not delivering on 8/16? Absolutely. Is disappointment and frustration warranted? Absolutely.
The content will be delivered. It always has been. It may or may not be useful once received - that depends on how one plays the game.
There is, however, no value in exaggerating the delay in delivery.

Imagine taking up for the terrible company, regardless of the date being confused.. they make massive amounts of money, a little quality control would be appreciated They are awful with what they do but they have the monopoly..
FYI, I’m still owed a Julio Jones from 4 MUTs ago that I never got.. don’t just assume they will correct things
What’s crazy about the UA issue is I’ve played people who have the 85 cards. No idea why most of us didn’t get them but some people did

My big gripe as well, obviously its satire to scream our a gameplay disadvantage, but its what it is.

Madness, I also find it unusual as well that EA dont have a sort of UT spokesperson that other EA games have... Seen it with Fifa, Mike Wang in a way with 2k; yet they are the only force in this space of Madden, maddening to me.
