Is higher finessse or power the more important stat for defensive rushers? Is it scheme based or ability/ ability counter dependent or just negligent differences?
To my knowledge it really depends on what your going for. I think speed Finesse and block shed are more for sacks and power and strength are more for stopping the run. Ideally you get everything but I tend to prioritize finesse but still get something like no outsiders

Thanks man. I run a Titans theme team so im mainly using ends at DT and outside linebackers at ends trying to know who has better stats for which position

How can a balanced approach be achieved to excel in both aspects of the game?
It’s just different pass rush moves. Finesse is speed/swim. Power is bull/rip.

Theoreticall, run stuffing DT’s and pass rushing DE’s. Like the “Williams Wall” Vikings line with Pat/Kevin in the middle and Jared Allen and to a much lesser extent Ray Edwards at DE.
Realistically? Defense is absolutely atrocious right now.
