I think I would like to get a full refund for my game and all points purchased since the game is not as advertised. Game breaking glitches daily, that if you are not playing at the time/subscribed to a content creator to get the info, you are at a severe disadvantage. I have a job, so I wasn’t able to pull 200 1 coin cards the other day, so I’m now behind. Rewards for solos, etc., are atrocious, and quite frankly, I don’t have thousands to spend on this joke just to keep up. Not to mention that when you do manage to earn free content that would be useful, they fraudulently withhold it under the guise of yet another glitch, when in actuality, they target certain accounts that they feel they can get to drop a few more bucks on the game if they fall a bit behind. I’m still missing my Alumni cards and my 83 Micah from Mobile. I’ve been told “you’ll have it at worldwide launch” - didn’t happen, then “wait 24 hours” - didn’t happen, then “it’s a slow rollout” - didn’t happen. One of their own “advisors” told me themselves that they were purposely “gating” the content on certain accounts and we would have it at worldwide launch. I am sick and tired of the song and dance,
poor customer service, and quite frankly, fraudulent business practices of EA. I do not care if I get console banned - that will be the best way to keep me off of this trash of a game. No way EA gets another penny from me. I’ve spent far too much already and given EA far too many chances to make it right or take care of their customers. Do I have to go through Microsoft, or can I go through EA? I want a full
refund on any money spent on Madden 25 this year. The game isn’t worth it and is broken aa
all hell.
