Do Hit sticks feel weak this year compared to the past?

Maybe its just less controller feedback but "big" hits this year dont feel very big at all. seems like im pushing an already falling guy to the ground on his hips and it forces fumbles. I want some Troy Polamalu full body diving insane stuff

All tackling feels like wet cardboard. This is both the best looking (graphics) and worst looking (gameplay, animation, “feel”) Madden I’ve experienced. I’ve been away from madden for a few years and at this point I’m not sure how much longer I’ll stick around. Already have a healthy dose of buyers remorse, trying to give it some time considering it’s only preseason but man.. I’m straight up not having a good time.

Whenever you get a chance, please try the new Fred Warner AKA card, pay the 2AP for the X-factor ability (that starts ON) which will grant you the ability to land perfect Hit Sticks -- you're 100% correct here, i'd love some intense controller vibration / feedback whenever we're landing these, but that new ability has caused Fred to start warping all over the field, which will improve your chances to pop the ball out.  It basically seems to force your USER into an animation where you will automatically get a downhill type Hit Stick, often causing the ball carrier to fumble.

I believe Kam Chancellor and free Jabrill Peppers (FS) also get this (Form Tackler, sorry had to look it up) ability, although it needs to be activated in-game before it will become active.  There's SO much about this game that needs to be improved, not sure where one would even start.  Buggy ass mess.
